    Our strategic partner is looking to hire a store manager for their branch in Lephalale, Limpopo to drive and deliver sales growth, profit, exceptional customer experience, promotional and operational initiatives and store processes and effectively manage, lead, develop, coaching and retain the best talent.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver consistent & exceptional customer experience
    • Deliver against all set targets and seek opportunities within and outside the store to increase sales and maximize returns on space and stock
    • Drive effective implementation and execution of all selling, promotional and operational initiatives
    • Drive achievement productivity benchmarks & drive and analyse store performance
    • Identify, develop and retain young talent that will sustain the people pipeline to meet our growth objectives
    • Ensure all operating processes are effectively implemented and maintained to sustain profitability, protect the brand values, and manage stock and minimise in-store risk
    • Lead and manage change initiatives to achieve desired culture and positive outcome
    • Drive and support consistent and effective communication and engagement across the store
    • Be a Brand Ambassador who represents the brand aligned to company values

     

     

    Qualifications

    • A Matric Certificate or related Qualification
    • Previous experience as an assistant store manager or manager in retail environment
    • Results oriented, passionate, and shows a strong sense of urgency
    • Strong leadership critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Demonstrate a strong level of verbal and written communications skills
    • Demonstrates passion and commitment for exceptional customer service & high performance 
    • Ability to influence the store team and lead change effectively
    • Business acumen and numerical ability
    • Organised and attention to detail
